Can I exchange item for different size?

Cannot speak w/anyone to get answer about exchanging item. Left 3 messages and emailed 2 times. The jewelry is beautiful, but customer service is awful.

User's recommendation: Make sure u love what u ordered and that the size is correct. To return item for exchange is impossible.

Mystery Box Scam

The mystery box is a total scam. She makes videos on social media about the kind of items you could receive, but its not even close. I received items no longer even sold on the website, that are not even the style you would expect (cheap, tacky) and the items arent even worth $50, let alone $100. The website and social media is definitely vetted for honest reviews, as its all positive which doesnt really add up, especially after ordering myself. Also customer service is very hard to get ahold of.
